Vitamin C, vitamin E, beta-carotene, selenium, Omega-3 and omega-6, melatonin, and so on are all belongs to antioxidants.

In fact, some natural antioxidants are hidden in the foods we eat, such as grapes, blueberries, and mulberries, and waxberry. They have compounds called anthocyanin, one of the most powerful forms of antioxidants. Most green leafy vegetables, kale, green peppers, tomatoes, and so on are the most convenient source of vitamin C.


Of course, for the busy young people, health care products are a convenient and fast way to keep in good health. However, antioxidants in health supplements are far less effective than found in fruits and vegetables. So, the best way is to eat more different kinds of different colors of fruits and vegetables, food contains a variety of natural nutrition is health care products cannot be replaced.
