I believe that food is medicine.

I would like to correct some misconceptions
about diet here.
1. You cannot eat more eggs. You can only
digest one egg per day.

Eggs are the best food in the world, the
most nutritious, the protein, the main nutrient being in the yolk. Very rich in
minerals and vitamins, eggs can only be eaten on one principle, from some very

okay to eat more, do not worry, cholesterol is no problem.
2: Cholesterol is bad for you and hinders
your cardiovascular system, so you should always eat less of it.
The idea that cholesterol is harmful has
been around for years. In 2015, the U.S. Dietary Guidelines eliminated
restrictions on foodborne cholesterol. It is becoming more and more accepted by
many people that saturated fats are being added to the table.
In fact, first, cholesterol is very
important to the human body.
Secondly, our body automatically regulates
cholesterol. How much you eat doesn't affect your cholesterol levels. Third,
there is good cholesterol, bad cholesterol, and neutral cholesterol.
Fourth, it is safe to eat saturated fats,
such as animal oils, to increase your cholesterol.
3. animal oil is unhealthy.
Animal oils such as lard, which are high in
saturated fat, have been questioned by many, with some suggesting that it may
raise cholesterol levels and will Clogging blood vessels, many people choose
vegetable oils instead of animal oils.
Many studies have found no link between
saturated fat and cardiovascular disease because the cholesterol it causes is
not harmful. The main thing is that saturated fat is very stable and well
suited to Chinese cooking. It is healthier than vegetable oil.

finding that most of the cheaper vegetable oils on the market, such as canola,
soybean and peanut oils Both are very unhealthy, but saturated fats are much
healthier.
First, vegetable oils are unstable and can
be carcinogenic when cooked at high temperatures in China.
Secondly, vegetable oils contain too much omega
6, and if you don't consume enough of either, it can lead to a number of health
problems. Problems such as inflammation in the body, which is a major
contributor to heart disease.
The best vegetable oil is olive oil, which
can be eaten in abundance, or avocado oil, coconut oil, animal oil, etc., if
cooking at high temperatures. Animal and coconut oils are the most consistent,
and you can usually use olive oil for cold or low temperature sauteing.
